Character Sheet for Percy Matthias Rivot
Personality
Percy tends to appear smug and confident, bordering on arrogance. Not seemingly bothered by a lot, but will give you the cold shoulder if you approach him the wrong way. He can be a brat to people who he thinks doesn't deserve his respect. Has troublemaking tenancies. He doesn't listen to teachers very well, and he likes to get into places he shouldn't be. A trait only exacerbated by his strong natural curiosity.
But he does have a more tender and childlike spirit. His past has made him more guarded in terms of his gentler side, but it's not hard to befriend him if you approach him the right way. He is especially gentle with shyer or more lonely cubs. He gets very excited and passionate about his interests if you ask about them. Don't cross his friends or loved ones, though. He has a strong sense of justice and will go out of his way to right a wrong.

Background/History
Percy grew up in a stable household alongside his beloved younger sister, loving mother, and committed supportive father. His family bonds have always been strong, receiving love from his mother and sister at all times. His father is not always around the house, sometimes being gone for multiple days, or even weeks during larger projects, but Percy still loves him just as much nonetheless, and still finds plenty of time to do fun things with him when he's available.
His school life was much more difficult for him. He wasn't a bad student, but his old school teachers were incredibly strict. Percy, being imperfect in one too many things, began acting out when his teachers being too demanding and his classmates being too cold and distant began to be too much for him, and his ensuing actions had him branded as a "troublemaker." He, his sister, and his parents moved in the middle of the school year after seeing how miserable Percy was, and not wanting Penny to go through a similar fate.
Adjusting to a new school after his experience with his first one took some time, but what helped Percy is that he instantly made a few friends on his first day, taking a lot of pressure off of his shoulders. Percy still maintained some level of defiance and his trouble-making tendencies from his stay at his previous school, but he was now in a far more suitable environment for him to truly thrive. He began to form real bonds with his classmates and even some of his teachers, he actually studies hard (most of the time) even if he isn't a straight A student, he has the time and motivation to do recreational activities such as sports and swimming, and Percy considers himself to be far happier in general.
Relatives/Family
Penny Rivot: Percy's sister. 6 year old buizel. Very energetic and bubbly. Has Percy wrapped around her finger (Percy won't outwardly admit it) but doesn't abuse it. Very sweet personality, especially to her brother. High level of childhood innocence that Percy adamantly wants to protect.
Arthur Rivot: Percy's father. 31 year old ampharos. Mechanical engineer supervisor and main earner for the Rivot household. Gentle and soft spoken, but also firm when necessary. Mentor figure of Percy and Penny. Out of the house often, but cherishes every moment he can with his family.
Brooke Rivot: Percy's mother. 28 year old floatzel. Very loving. Adores her husband Arthur, and her children even more. Very sweet and kind, and is the most empathetic person in the family. The go-to person when Percy or Penny have emotional woes. Author of multiple mystery books. Stay at home mother.
Body
He is slightly shorter than the average for his age. He is also slightly slimmer and fitter due to him being more active and athletic, but he still has the general body shape of a normal child.
Clothing
When doing something active, he likes wearing a form fitting t shirt or jersey with tight fitting, but flexible shorts.
When in a more casual and relaxed environment, he will usually wear slightly looser t shirts (though still more form fitting than fully relaxed wear) and cargo shorts.
Very occasionally will he wear overalls alongside a bright t-shirt, colorful shoes, and mismatching socks, or various other colorful and 'cutesy' outfits.
When crossdressing by himself (maybe with a few select friends), he likes to wear panties, skirts, lacy socks, and cute, small, tight fitting dresses. He also occasionally gets outfit ideas from his sister.
Accessories
Multi colored seashell bracelet with rainbow beads. Given to him by his sister. He NEVER takes it off.
His non canonical otter form wears a yellow bandana everywhere as well, stating "it just feels right."
