Its been awhile, but I finally got around to coloring something digitally. This time I decided to try using Clip Studio Paint for color and while I'm still getting use to program, I'm liking the results so far. :)
Since I recently did character redesign for Ginger, I decided also try giving her a new color scheme. What you think of Ginger's new colors? Do prefer her older design or colors more?

I like her new colors, and it was a blast to hang out with you while you streamed this piece. Your attention to detail is top notch. <3 And Ginger's pretty easily my favorite of your characters.

Is it cheating if I say both? I like sketches cause they can simple and fast to draw and really makes you appreciate the line work of the art. But its hard to beat the beauty of fully color piece, I wish I was a lot better at coloring!
That said I have sometimes notice that with some comics (American comics especially) they try sometimes over compensating the artwork with coloring. I always fine odd when I see overly simple line artwork getting hyper five star color treatment. Basically if artwork didn't look good in black and white I don't think coloring it fixes the artwork.
