It is very rare for another individual besides dragons to possess the aptitude for magic. Rarer still that any are able to learn to hone it into actual control over magic. This vixen was sent from her homeland to Dragconis once it was discovered she the aptitude for magic. In exchange for heavy payments from her people, the dragons have trained her to control and use her gift. She's been a most apt student.
