My patreon is quite chaotic and trying to find a time to give people their rewards is also chaotic. I just upload everything to my patreon exclusive discord and just kinda hope for the best. The uploads are sporadic, sometimes SFW, sometimes NSFW, I'm considering making a side subscription thing for my non-furry SFW stuff. to keep them seperate, but I feel like it will become more chaotic. Either way they'd get uploaded to the discord, but I wouldn't put the furry stuff on the seperate one so as to not traumatise other fanbase.
