Captain Olimar has gotten himself stranded on a mysterious planet! With some luck he was able to send out a distress signal along with his Voyage Logs to anyone that would receive his message. The brave people of the Rescue Corps got his signal and made their way to the planet. But unfortunately their ship...also..uh...crashed? (Uh-oh..)
BUT luck on their side- two new rookies from Rescue Corps HQ are issues to go to the planet to save not only Captain Olimar but the main Rescue Corps Team as well! Frost & Kaaty land on the planet safely and begin their adventure. It wasn't before long that they'd find Oatchi and some odd little planet creatures called Pikmin that they learned about from Olimars Voyage Logs. Now with a fighting chance, Frost & Kaaty set out on this dangerous planet to rescue their Team, Captain Olimar, Repair the S.S. Shepard with Sparklium, and to a surprise- even more unfortunate explorers/castaways that have also come to this Planet! (Olimar probably should have been a bit more wiser with sending out those Voyage Logs)
