Important notes for artists! • Coyle's collar & maple leaf pendant are signature items & he's rarely without them! If not worn they're nearby or referenced in some way (IE, no collar but using a maple leaf pin, etc) • Both ears should be floppy & pointed forward unless affected externally or from major expressions. Coyle's left ear in the reference bust is wrongly portrayed in this respect. • With the exception of the face & ears, spots can be mostly placed a little randomly. Larger/medium spots preferred over tiny dots, however. • Clothing: Want to dress me up? I'm more than fine with artistic freedom! Just please avoid purple in general (pink is fine!) or too much yellow (to not detract from Coyle's maple leaf!) • Side note: Please have the .png file, as both compression & differing color profiles are not kind to my palette. Colour corrections will be requested if they warped too far from original.
For everyone else: • You may not use Coyle as your own character in any capacity. He represents a very real me. • You may not trace, color over, alter, modify, or use this reference sheet in any way for your own character. There's plenty of free ref bases out there and I'd be happy to link you to some. • Gift art allowed & highly appreciated! Just please notify me in advance of your idea, but I'll most likely say yes.
