It only took five months to get a comment about it. People on the internet are so soft anymore.

I would put my normal "The car isn't meant to offend anyone, it's a tribute to FlatOut 2, blah blah" but, in reality, it's more than that. It's rebellion, which is what the flag meant originally. The paint scheme is not meant to be edgy, it's meant to be rebellious. If I put a big-ass hammer and sickle on the hood nobody would bat an eye despite the fact that Stalin's atrocities happened only 90 years ago, compared to the 150 years that have passed since the American Civil War. Yes, the flag has had a sort of reclamation by actually racist modern-day far-right-wingers, but that's not the purpose of its inclusion on the car's paint scheme. Sorry, I think I blacked out.

First time using gMod to do... anything, really. Needed a dynamic interaction between a character model and a car and, eh, it got the job done. I swear I didn't pick it because it had a GAZ 24 Volga, lol.
