Let's see, that's four large (or maybe XL) pizzas, a double dozen box of donuts (probably variety pack unless both of them have preferred types), and the usual cardboard box with gaming rig and accessories. Cumbersome, but to be heavy those pizzas would need to be the deluxe pies that weigh five or six pounds each.
That, or there's a bag with a half dozen 2-liter bottles of soda hanging from the right arm where we can't see them.
