A mostly complete re design of him in terms of his face (for the Pony version)

i am following the logic of the more recent show in terms of design to a degree but his rig needs work still

after i can correct for his Rig this version (after a few minor changes) will be the proper Pony version of him

there are a few problem areas of him that i need to fix regarding how his legs move and how his bones are setup but overall its workable for these :)
