Character Description
Hachi is a red and black hedgehog who has strong powers of electrokinesis and works for G.U.N. as one of their leading technology and programming experts. He is just as intelligent as Dr. Eggman but would rather assist people with their problems instead of put them under his heels, so he takes great pleasure in interfering with Eggman's plans and stealing his tech to use against him.
Personality
Very professional while on the job at G.U.N. but charismatic and fun loving after hours, especially around friends.

Hachi's real name is Tyrian Mitsubishi. He picked Hachi as a cool name to go by publicly instead of his given name when he decided to become an internet music superstar at age 13. Mobians are required to adhere to a federal law (based on COPPA) that prohibits children under the age of 13 from owning any social media accounts, so he had to wait two years to make his debut where he posted a video of himself playing DDR on expert to YouTube.

World/Setting
Body
Hachi greatly resembles Shadow with inverted colors except his black stripes have a lightning bolt pattern instead of being just plain stripes. His eyes are green and his muzzle is a slightly different shade than Shadow's. He also prefers to keep his claws on the sharp side instead of filing them down because he feels it makes him look more badass.
Clothing
He wears a black leather biker jacket left open so the lightning bolt shaped marking on his chest/stomach area and his nipple rings can clearly be seen. He also has a black leather choker with silver spikes and a set of steel spiked cuffs on his wrists and ankles. These cuffs have a special locking mechanism that only releases when he runs his electrokinesis through them to disengage the locks. The ones on his ankles are worn over his boots. Hachi's boots are mostly leather but have latex on the toes as a design flair. The underside of them resemble Silver the Hedgehog's boots but with red octagon shaped jet boosters instead of the blue hexagon patterns. These boosters are powered by chaos energy and allow him to fly.
Hachi has a single set of ear piercings, a right eyebrow piercing, a tongue piercing, nipple piercings, a belly button piercing, and an eighth piercing in an undisclosed location. (Sorry guests!)
Accessories
Smart watch - Hachi's smart watch is a modified Apple Watch with a black and red with a sleek design.
Smart phone - A modified iPhone that he keeps well upgraded, both in its hardware and software.
8 Cubes - Floating cube shaped units marked with a number 8 that unfold to serve various purposes such as playing music, acting as stairs, or filming his music videos. He always has a pair with him that unfold to reveal speakers to play music that he dances to for friends and fans, but owns hundreds of these 8 Cubes in total. The cubes are stored both at G.U.N. HQ and at his home. He has one specific 8 Cube which pops up into a laptop and hovers in front of him to let him work with it.
Portal gun - A device of his own invention that shoots portals onto surfaces similar to Rick's portal gun from Rick & Morty. He uses his smart watch or phone to set the coordinates or a sequence of coordinates before firing.
Red chaos emerald - Used for chaos control and powering the weaponry of certain compatible 8 Cubes.
Drones (mission & recreation only) - He owns a fleet of black quadcopter drones with red propellors and marked with an 8. The ones he uses for missions are armed with various weaponry.
Plasma gatling (missions only) - A heavy tri-shot gatling gun that fires plasma bullets powered by feeding his electrokinesis through a plasma conversion chamber.
