Yeah, that was the idea. Beebe and Bonnie are Yakko and Wakko's kids so they have to go to the Dr. Scratchansniff's cabinet for zaniness check. The new/old substitute nurse is Elmyra. She's good in keeping Dr. Scratchansniff's wacky/zany toon patients in check, by hugging and squeezing. :P

Beebe is half skunk (Fifi La Fume), and Bonnie is half pony (Cheerilee from MLP). The other halves are obviously Warner's - whatever they are.

That explains the pink. I've only watched 2 seasons of the show but, I've seen PLENTY of artwork of Cheerilee.
