This is Cason! Or Cas, for short!
He's an OC I've had for a portion of time but never really utilized before.

Not much is known about Cason. He works as a hitman and is damn good at his job, using hard-to-detect toxins for his kills. He is known to be picky with what targets he accept, making him quite notorious and catching him enemies in high places who do not take kindly to rejections. He specifically go for those who has commited, in Cason's words, 'inexcusable crimes'. He's very vague whether he consider his own crimes inexcusable as well.
He never shows his face.
