Sort of based off that Tom and Jerry episode "The Egg and Jerry". So, it appears that Wanda has come up with a spell to refill the fishbowl and give Kitty a fresh diaper after the fishbowl incident, but it seems like Cosmo has had to get involved...
When Kitty fell into the fishbowl, Cosmo quickly hid inside that little castle and then acting on impulse teleported out of the fishbowl to avoid drying up, but ended up in a dark place, full of butterflies... Which turned out to be inside poor Kitty's stomach as a big hummingbird! Panicking, Cosmo started to act like a woodpecker and tried pecking his way out, but to no avail other than causing Kitty's now big belly to vibrate violently and produce a large protrusion. Kitty can only look down at her belly at a complete loss for words. Hopefully, Wanda will simmer down and get Cosmo out of there, before things get even more out of hand!
