Had a little too much fun with this and trying out different tools. Specks collar is custom made by Newt so she can communicate... he often regrets ever creating the thing and having to fix it from sass overload.
Lorewise Speck has adopted newt in the same way cats adopt people- not the other way around. I don't think he minds much.
