I can upscale this image so that the lines look cleaner and sharper, if you want. Nothing fancy, just cleaner lines. I think it'll look better on your avatar.
Also, if you're using Photoshop or something like this, you can enable line smoothing. It'll be much easier to draw with mouse and you won't have to rely on blurring as much.
Overall, very nice drawings, but raw mouse lines are holding you back a bit. 😉

Actually, the lines are drawn on a tablet, a display tablet to be more specific. I have tremors in my hands, and it is actually very difficult for me to draw clean and more straight lines. This is something that has gone on since my initial days of drawing. Trust me, the lines in this image are not anywhere near as messy as the ones in my non-digital or older art piece. The older art was before I decided go sketch it in and then drawing over the lines of the sketch in Painter.

I don't know which Painter exactly you meant, but I'm pretty sure all software for drawing supports line smoothing of some sort, so finding the option shouldn't be an issue.
