hey guys!!! so everybody has their favorite candybar some people like mars or snicker or bounty or milkyway but me personally if i had to gues my most favorite candybar it would be chunky white kitkat this one https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61SOOUmPnXL.jpg the reason why? i love white chocolate but its one of thos flavours you dont have alot with candybars and i can understand why white chocolate comes from coco butter which is more expensive then coco powder it self and it is well pure fat so yeah but i eat one maybe once every view months or so :)
let me tell you something very delicious i do when we go out wokking after we are done you can all ways take dessert like ice cream or cake or what ever and they have thes two chocolate fountains white chocolate and brown chocolate but what i do
i grab a bowl fill it with fresh actually fresh from the machine not the spray bottle i mean whipping cream and then top that with white chocolate saus you have any idea how delicious that is oh god dude i did it once ate home with spray bottle whipping cream and melted white chocolate in the microwave oh my god it was delicious!!!

I thought, melted chocolate would collapse whipped cream! It would be cool to try making something with it. I'd probably freeze whipped cream, then pour barely melted chocolate on it, then put it in the freezer again. Then again, that would be just some homemade ice cream. xD

probably BUT!!!!! you have to pour it over the chocolate when its melted but not hot so when its ate the point of room tempature but not harded :) whipped cream doesnt melt that easily also if you would freeze the whipped cream the chocolate will turn hard THAT is the reason why i do whipped cream and white chocolate ate the wok becaus whipped cream isnt cold enough to make it hard <3

When baking cakes, I hardened whipped cream with either whipped cream hardening powder, or lemon juice. I had sometimes failed whipped cream xD it collapsed. So I kind of wondered, wouldn't melted chocolate flow into the whipped cream? Does it stay on top of it?

I bought some white chocolate, but store brand. xD The texture... err, that was a bit like biting into powdered sugar. Fairly good though. The other option is Milka, but for ~50% more money. Or KitKat. But I look for pure white choco. And there is Lindt for the rich... xD
