Seriously though; I spend a lot of my actual writing time contemplating the placement of punctuation, and taking care to avoid repetition with word selection and sentence ordering. When I have a loose guideline from a commissioner, I worry that I've put in too much worldbuilding, and also worry that I've put too much focus on the erotica. It culminates in the final editing pass when I read through an entire story and sometimes catch things like "Oh, I used this exact same phrase in the previous section" and make some last-minute alterations. Fortunately I am blessed with some very patient and understanding commissioners who are always happy with the end product.
