An eccentric friend of Panty's.

She works as a member for a space delivery service. Her design was semi-inspired by Savannah Cat breed but doesn't quite look like that, does it? Still she's suppose to be kind of tall and slinky.

Also she's trans.

Personality wise, she's a mischievous character with a deadpan snarker demeanor.
(Think "Pissing all by yourself, handsome" kind of weird personality)

I wonder what her deal is?
