It's been a while since Hana Song, aka D.Va, was protecting her home of S. Korea, and perhaps even the world itself, with her trusty mech. With nothing much to do at the moment, she decided to take this break and return home. And what better way to kickback than to play some video games? After all, this hobby and her skills made her a gaming sensation and eventually led to her becoming one of MEKA's most valuable pilots.
As luck would have it, she was contacted by an old friend from the U.S. who was visiting at the time, Vanellope Von Schweetz, nicknamed "The Glitch". She was one of the famous online gamers who collaborate in discovering easter eggs and other hidden cool/gamebreaking stuff that others don't know about, for either fun or speedruns.
So, Miss Song decided to invite her to her place for old time's sake. A moment after the invite, she gets a call from MEKA, but what feared to lead to a disappointing cancellation turned out to be an advance notification that she'll be needed at Base Ops in a week, a sigh of relief from her. So after shooting the breeze and catching up on everything they've done, the two foreign friends decide to go all out and stream together a live all-nighter of pure, uninterrupted, gaming goodness.
12 (more or less) hours worth of comp and co-op! And they have plenty of snacks to keep them up, with some sweeter (and healthier) variations in the kitchen as the night rolls on. Don't worry. They laminated the controllers in case of excessive cheesing.
Now for the all important question: what will they play first?
1) I really like Overwatch, and I've been playing as D.va more than the rest of the cast. 2) Evolution/EVO, the "Wrestlemania" of Fighting Games (not exactly that, but it's more than a big deal), which was last weekend. 3) The recent announcement of a Wreck-it Ralph sequel in the works. 4) There's a not-so-subtle joke with all those bags, if you've saw the memes. 4) Who better to play video games than a pair of video game characters?
