This is simply the big brown hunk keeping themselves warm with a good winter outfit colored predominantly with his accent color, in green. His very lean and muscular physique certainly makes it less tolerable to withstand lower temperatures, so he happens to be somewhat layered up to stand to be outside in a snowy day.
Surely, this doesn't help if his electricity powers act up, with all that clothing prone to gathering static energy, but oh well, cons of being such a big hunk of a living battery.
The pony tail and the tucked dreadlocks into his scarf complete the seasonal cold weather look. At least when he's not bulked up, thick and chunky, being even more of a tank than he already is.
