This was based on a sketch I did in 2019 and digitalized it. Since then, it's been sitting around, mostly finished with the exception of the background. I had also done a drawing of Jirachi around the same time, but I only did Chikorita because I liked it more. I still prefer my Cyndaquil from Pokemon Gold version.
