A few years ago, I was actually planning to ask SamKitsune (Pixiv) for MIko's 3D, but due to a lack of communication.
I reluctantly decided to make it myself.

It's a very difficult technique, but I would like to make it by the end of this year.
However, the free 3D software blender has just started, so it will take a considerable amount of time.

So I'm looking for a site that can quickly create 3D.
