And here we have a ref for Slethy, a Serperior character who I've had for a little bit now but fairly recently decided to get a ref for, finally, along with a few images of them and such.
So, here we have Slethy, a big, friendly, snuggle-loving Serperior with a love for cooking, happily providing cuddles, delicious meals or more, enjoying helping others relax and have a good time overall. As for their tendency to wear collars, it's somewhat of a standard thing for them, no real deeper meaning to wearing one save for that he doesn't feel quite comfortable without one.
