Sparkette has no relation to Sparks actually, but is nonetheless his female counterpart (rule 63). There's hopefully enough differences between her and Sparks to stand out as her own character. The only change about her looks wise is her cutie mark is now a thunderbolt instead of a heart, so no longer to be confused with another certain chu.
