An adoptable OC I acquired from TechSupportGirls as part of their Poketober thing going on back in October, who I thought I'd draw without her straitjacket. This here is Claire the Espeon, who is quite the loony. While she doesn't mean any harm, but with her being an adult Espeon, she has psychic powers, which are dangerously overpowered to the point where she ends up succumbing to her insanity and completely disregards control. If someone was to get caught by her psychic powers, they could end up going insane like her. To counter this, she has to be restrained with a straitjacket, wear an inhibitor necklace to limit her psychic powers, diapered to prevent accidents and of course get some TLC to get by and ensure she behaves. When she's calm, she's as nice as you can get, if not really goofy.
