Hello everybody! I'll be hosting FurWars and This is the poster of the advertising that people would see in the ficticial cities of the furryverse inviting fighters to join. The actual battles and all will be posted on FurAffinity. If any of you is interested, keep reading and join! I have some journals there where you can make public that you wannna be in there.
I'll be hosting the contest to give away three commisions (full art, flat color and clean lines) that will be designed to be as a tournament. This project is called FurWars. Also, there's another prize that includes being part of a story in the future of the Furry Avengers. Only some lucky ones whose characteres show nice development will get the cut in that (The winners of the tournament will not exactly be those ones. It all depends on the overall character developent: story, attacks, stats and fighting style).
First I want to inform who the two judges will be besides me. Of course and obviously wolfan-foxd will be one of the judges. And the other will be curiouscub With the time, if someone cannot enter the tournament but wants to take part on it, I'm allowing one or two more spaces for judges.
Now, the inscriptions for this are already OPEN starting now and closing on October 31! (If the slots are not all taken by that date I'll dalay it for two weeks more but the official date is from September 19 to October 31; enough time for you to get ready). But how do you enter the tournament? Well, that's easy. First you have to fill in the application form that you can download here:https://www.furaffinity.net/view/8867569/
Also, I'll need two pictures for this (Don't think bad those who know of other kind of tournaments): 1 fighting pose for the battles and 1 poster pose for an advertise poster and the prize for the first place (The poster will be designed to be both high definition for print and low definition for download. the HD image will go only for the winner of FurWars, but you all will be able to have the other one.
Now the rules are simple, for the entering you need to send me the two pictures and the application form to my mail (dracolicoi@hotmail.com). But remember that the entering will be completely by order of inscription! If the slot 16 is taken, no one else will be able to enter. There won't be last minute challengers.
For the participation per sé, each fighter must develop a story with his character fighting and winning. This story must be at most 1 word page so I can post it within the artist comment.
There won't be any flamming, there won't be any second thoughts (once you vote you cannot change it) and there won't be any changing minds from third persons (Don't try to convince others to change their minds. Discussion and cheering is allowed but if someone says "*insert character name* is better so you should vote for him" there will be a penalty and the person won't be allowed to vote in the next battle (if this repeats it will be two battles). Also, the owners of the characters fighting cannot vote in their battles.
