Inktail was just a adventurer for hire, working with a group to exterminate a group of kolbolds that had taken up resident near a town. Everything was going well at first... until it turned out the kolbolds were simply servants for a red dragon. While the rest of the party was either killed or eaten, Inktail barely got out alive and was left wandering the woods, without food or water for at least a week before he collapsed. We now see Inktail after he was found and rescued by the Order of Gluttony, who took the starved feline to their temple to the god Jomuu, the ancient god of Gluttony, Good Health, and Happiness. It seems Jomuu himself is there to ensure Inktail makes a full recovery, emphasis on "Full" >:3
