I drew this while I was hanging out with some pals in Oregon.
Tacki is looking drunk. Hos red scales are flushed a deeper red around the cheek and nose area. His eyes are sleepy and not symmetrical. He's wearing a sailor shirt with a red ascot and a blue flap. Lines around his body indicate that he is wobbling. He's wearing a Little King diaper and his dragon feet are bare.
A blue topped bottle lays at his feet. It's filled with a red "juice" of some kind. Possibly sangria, though perhaps it is some sort of vampire elixir? Little colorful bubbles hover in front of Tacki's eyes. He has a wobbly smirk on his face, suggesting that he's feeling comfortable. However he'll probably regret things later.
