Kippy is my main fursona! She's kittypuppy girl!

Things to pay attention to:
-EAR NOTCH is key aspect of her design, it's not fluff, its not optional
-Honestly you can play around with her hair but keep her ahoge
-STAR MARK is on her HIP, not her butt, not her knee
-NO BOOBS OR STRONG CURVES, she is little girl shaped regardless of the age depicted

-She has good control of her electric powers, as for her psychic powers they take a lot of energy out of her. For now she can only use telekenisis on reasonably sized objects and teleport short distances in emergencies. If she tries to move something too big or teleport too far she gets drained and passes out.
-She wears fairykei, yumekawaii, lolita and all kinds of cute/colorful j-fashion clothes. The image in the ref is an example not an outfit so if you draw her use a DIFFERENT outfit.
-Kipa is cute and girly but does not wear sexually mature feminine clothes. There needs to be a sense of innocence even for ecchi images.
