So uhh... I saw a cute character design who is apparently from some web series that I wouldn't mention for the sake of it, and I uh though "hmm... but what if pamp?~" and here we are.
And yes, that tail was an inspiration for an OC mostly seen on deviantart. Either way, I found her quite cute and adorable considering her appearance. I just felt like it.
