Tree The Treecko is about to meeting up his cousin Waddles The Piplup, then Tree accidentally bumps Waddles and spilling his bucket of blue liquidy experiments onto to their feet but suddenly Tree and Waddles starts to laughing eachother on their feet but there is no tickling tools they have instead their feet have started to growing bigger and forcing to dancing of its own. Waddles expained to Tree for what are the blue liquid thing that made their feet grown and tap dancing with ticklish feeling, Waddles named of his experimental bucket and its called "Big Tickle Dance Potion" which was using as a pest control for Waddles's mouse problem on his lab to make them as a trapping tool but it actually works on any Montopian's feet for every step into the puddle of liquid.
