Character is "Genba Neko" or "現場猫" (work-site cat).
A Genba Neko construction worker slave all nice and ready to get to another long, hard day of labor. And it looks like he's pawing desperately at his mask. Maybe he's just trying to adjust it. He has been stuck in there for months now working 14-hour shifts every day after all. Certainly not trying to escape. He loves sweltering in that thick, hot, clumsy rubber suit working difficult jobs only to be encased in vacbags breathing through a tube at the end of every day. I'm certain that one of the most rewarding parts of his job is having to polish himself squeaky, shiny clean after every day of work. Just look at that big, permanent, fixed smile on his face. That's how you know he's excited to be a construction slave for the rest of his life.
And the funny thing is he's working on building a slave labor camp so more people can live lives just like him. Isn't that just so wholesome and heartwarming?
