Not even.

If anything, he'd make his wives and daughters/wives not wear swimsuits either.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if he made them spend ALL their time naked.

It really is a super cute and adorable outfit since she should wear it! Love the ruffles and the little skirt thats with it! Love swimsuits like that! As well as the panty straps visible x3

Pencil sketch and graphic marker color?

Yes, I tend to start off with blue pencil first for a rough layout. Then I use pencils to go over every thing to finish off the sketch. For coloring, I using mostly Copic markers which blend amazing and some color pencils. If need be I'll do a little inking as well.
