They might be very smart for their age but everybody gets stuck on something at one point or another. Math is never easy or hard, its easy AND hard, and will swing back and to as you learn more. Ironically, I find math gets harder the more math you understand as it starts introducing new concepts. Like letters and Greek symbols.
That is a great description of math. I've always had an easy time with it for the most part... but certain concepts my brain is just like "Nope. That's not real. I refuse." and even if the conceptual executions are easy the one thing being there that 'brain says no' means I have to struggle simply because what should come almost automatically just hard stops and requires me to sort of manual override.

There is a much bigger but more obvious difference that nobody has yet noticed. Rubi is right handed. Ruby is left handed. You can remember pretty easily because the hair sweeps in the same direction as the hand.
The ref sheet has them holding up the dominant hand, you can see in this picture they are also holding the book with that hand too. All pictures and the story has been consistent on that front when it appears. I have been waiting months to see if anyone said anything xD
