General Choi Sung Ni is the Order's chief nuclear scientist and head of Grief's nuclear weapons program. Choi is the mastermind behind the conversion of Anarchy Beryl extract being refined into weapons grade purple cake. Choi also worked on the development of the Dark Star Missile Inter-Dimensional Ballistic Missile or IDBM program. These missiles allow the Order to unleash nuclear Armageddon onto both Mobius and Moebius. Choi isn't the best fighter, but he is heavily guarded by Grief's special forces in the Grey Party.
