I was able to finally get the design for my Rock-type Eeveelution completed!
I present to you Quartzeon!
It's a bit of a unique evolution for Eevee in that it needs to be exposed to electromagnetic energy while holding one of the 18 different elemental Attack Gems and leveling up. It does not matter which type of stone it is holding.
The best part about the Quartzeon is that each individual Quartzeon's colors will change based upon the type of elemental stone it was holding at the time of its evolution.
For the sake of simplicity, I decided to 'default' to a design that would be based more off a 'Normal Gem', which results in the myriad rainbow colors you see here.
Any other gem used will not result in this rainbowed patterning. Also, due to the nature of the influence that each elemental gem can have on an individual Quartzeon, there is no shiny variant. All Quartzeon are, in a manner of speaking, 'shiny', because of the gemstones used to evolve them.
A Quartzeon is capable of extending, retracting, or shedding its crystals as it sees fit. It is also capable of accelerating their growth to further bolster their defenses.
