Looks like Wandy Wand wanted to play with Tree The Treecko for the "Happy Feet Spell" to let his feet growing bigger and forcing to tap dance.

Wandy: Alrighty my happy feet! Dance with Tree The Treecko all day long!
Tree: Wandy! Make it stop tap dancing me!!! My feet!!!
Tree's feet: HAPPY FEET FOREVER!!!

This is a second ever image by image GIF for my OC Tree The Treecko to tap dance magically with Wandy Wand. ^^
