This piece was also a gift from Saerahn when he had an idea about how Toirach would have worked and studied to develop bracers that would help 'align' other's elements together, thereby permitting the users to otherwise engage with someone that they'd have trouble doing so otherwise.
Unfortunately, the prototypes didn't work how he intended them to do so and he ended up getting transformed into a Flareon instead!
