His bio:
Donald was a charming, friendly and responsible monster. He was a Mickey's partner, detective and a bounty hunter in a MonPD or Montopian Police Department, he was a rookiest police member in Montopia but due to his first time operation and mostly a no good at catching bad guys alone, always need with Mickey's help but he is good at charming of asking every ladies in Montopia. Also he is extremely ticklish on his feet and he has an ability to create watershot came from his mouth to the target and once the target is hit then he create a bubble-like beam to capturing some bad guys (with Mickey's elastic vine whip ability) without harming them temporally in the area of effect.
Note #1: Montopia was an actually a city, is a race of between Pokémons, Digimons and many more cutest monsters lived in peace together.
Note #2: I don't draw arts because i'm not a full time artist but i usually do edit and tracing a plush toys (the latest one) like Donald The Quaxly here.
Note #3: Donald The Quaxly's apperance, name and clothing was actually another based of my idea in my dreams from the classic cartoon character from Disney named Donald Duck but with a mix of a Pokémon in it and he wears blue pants with yellow garter strap and a red bow tie on it. And one more thing, i made his feet into three webbed toes than the two webbed toes from the official version.
Note #4: This is a last two part special debut of my own OC which i was going to making it as a new member of the Montopian characters.
