Waddles was a kind, smart, courage and very friendly cute monster, he is a cousin of Tree The Treecko and he is the former student and a former smartest child prodigy monster in M.I.T. (which is stands for, Montopia Institute of Technology), he really likes to study of an ancient artifacts from the Old Ones to understand for his research (i.e. Smartphone, game console and ancient jewelry) as of now he is a archaeologists, chemist and the inventor. Also he is really ticklish on his feet, he can do manipulate water on his flippers (his hands) and he really likes to play his cousin's growing feet to tickled him up and having fun of his free time with his cousin, Tree The Treecko.
Note #1: Montopia was an actually a city, is a race of between Pokémons, Digimons and many more cutest monsters lived in peace together.
Note #2: I don't draw arts because i'm not a full time artist but i usually do edit and tracing a plush toys like Waddles The Piplup here.
Note #3: He is the youngest and smartest Montopian student in a college of M.I.T. compare the other students at the age 18-23 years old.
