Nice character! I prefer four-limbed fliers to six-limbed ones -- the anthro body plan is not suited to having wings and arms at the same time, if you ask me -- but there's no reason why you can't have wing and tail feathers with fur and bat wings.
(Though you need BIG wings to get that thicc rump airborne, ha).
