Here, Toirach is teaching Bloom how to make and fashion jewelry, since her parents decided that she needed to do something more constructive with herself.

Bloom herself got an idea and decided that she wanted to learn how to make jewelry so that she could dress herself up. Given how vain she is, this was the perfect way to get her to direct her energy into something that she'd do well at.
