The first drawing of an older Devin. He's around 13 in this. He's traded in his more frilly clothes for more of a "slutty mallrat" look. Devin's always been a little slutty, and puberty has only helped him come out of his shell a bit. The collar isn't just for show, either. He and Krystal have developed a pet/master relationship. When they're out together, Krystal usually has him by a leash. In fact, Krystal has probably fostered Devin's slutty nature, ordering him to get into these situations, which he happily obliges.

No idea if he still has his trademark panties or not. I figure if he traded those in for a thong, that the thong probably has the same colors and the same heart on front. A thong version of his panties, but without the white frills.

MarmaladeJane did a very nice job on this.
