Kapitan Manfred Wolfgang is one of Ivan Bradanska's closest aids in the Grey Revolution against Scourge the Hedgehog. Manfred was a notorious sea pirate who hailed from the far reaching country of Schland in Central Eurish. A daring pirate and smuggler by trade, Herman was instrumental in securing firearms and weapons for Ivan's rebellion. His son, Manfred Wolfgang would even serve Ivan's son, Griefan Nathaniel Bradanska in the future.
