This is a very awesome commission from Caribou showing Joy with her first daughter Patricia enthusiastically talking to her little brother/sister sibling (unknown to all of the Saunder's clan - a baby girl). Sometimes Patty's zeal can be a little embarrassing, as she's sure that the baby can only hear her good when Mommy's belly is showing... therefore, it must be unclothed.
