I was going to add some scenery beneath her, but eh the focus should be on Amanda anyways.
Empress Amanda is inspired by Emperor Joker from DC comics, I plan on giving her some fun limited reality warping powers. Amanda can't bring people back from the dead or alter history, but she can turn clouds into flowers, turn buildings into flowers, and do all sorts of haxxing reality altering tom-fuckery.
