Rosia is Lunar Wave's best friend, playmate and far too affectionate for Lunar Wave's limits to handle pet. She is the extrovert to her best friend/lover's introvert, being as bombastic, energetic and friendly as any dog you might expect to meet.

As you might NORMALLY think and expect, Rosia is in fact not Lunar Wave's pet in the sense of a owner and property; she's a 'pet' in the sense of constantly bugging the pony to pet her head and call her a good girl. She loves to ensure Lunar gets out of her home and down to the beach, usually by finding some means to lock the poor thing out; all so she can run all over the house and get her scent on Lunar's sheets and clothes while she's away.

Truth is, Rosia loves to stay home as it's an excuse to never need to change out of her soft and frilly bed wear. And she loves always making Lunar blush as she coaxes her to come to bed a while instead of going out... She's very much one of those "You need 10 more minutes" kind of dogs.
