Character Sheet for The Hallowing of Animus
Nickname(s)
Hallow, The Harbor, The Sea-Glass Heart, The Waking Dream
Character Description
t is true that of all the Sphinx gods, Wish is one of the most innocent, this cannot be denied.
Yet if one were to choose a creature to match or perhaps even exceed Wish's purity of heart, that creature would be Hallow, his heart is feather light, mind seemingly unclouded by things like hatred and vanity. Peaceful by nature, he sooner flees than fights, in fact it seems sometimes like Hallow is in an eternal state of fleeing, as if he were a shooting star;
Personality
His nature is playful as a spring fawn and twice as gentle, playing an eternal game of keep away, he enjoys such games of tag and hide-and-seek with those who would enter his glade, disappearing among the blue and lavender hues of the forest like a shadow on the sea. Should one manage to actually catch or lure him, they might find him a quiet conversationalist, but friendly and an excellent listener. He's a nonejudgemental sort, who will gladly lend his heart and mind to those around him should they need a pool to reflect at.
As much as he is innocent, there is something, at times, almost like fear to the boy, he rarely leaves the Hallowglade he resides within, for its trees and shadows keep him safe as the night sky keeps safe the stars, he does not enjoy to venture from its borders alone and it's unknown if he has ever left the glade on his lonesome at all since he arrived there long ago.

Body
Hallow is not so large as some of his kin, he is built lightly, with long slender legs and a body somewhere between that of a deer, a horse, and a canine such as a bedlington, his neck is slim, holding his head high, face pretty and boyish with large questioning eyes; they are a pale mix of baby blues and lavenders, infinite in depth, the pupil seems to cloud and blend with the surrounding colour, and the eye itself shows not the reflection of the looker, but of celestial bodies, distant seas, or his home forest.
His hair is fluffy, soft as silk, a gentle gradient of teal to blue and littered softly with small twinkling stars, it falls across one of his eyes in a curtain of night, parted by the horn which erupts from his forehead, long, pure and glimmering gold.
The fur of his body is cottony soft, like a young rabbit, medium length, fluffed, his neck is a creamy cloudy blue, it stops just before the shoulder in a few gentle stripes and from there fades into an ocean of teal, his legs and rump are a slightly darker shade, hindquarters softly striped as the end of his neck was in a gentle gradient.
Behind him like a banner, his tail, it is like the classic unicorns of old, lengthy and ending in sheets of silken fur not unlike that of his head, it too is flecked with stars, as is the longer fur at the tail base, they can be seen here and there at the pale smokey tones of his shoulders as well, giving the impression of a cloudy night over water.
His ears are large and fluffy, somewhat deerlike, somewhat all his own, the insides soft pink. Here and there, at an ear, his hair, the long fur of his elbows, one may see a streak of pale blue cutting through some of the darker or more medium tones, a flowing elegance.
Clothing
Cuffs, chains, and jewelry on occasion adorn the feral form. But Hallow does not dress so much as some of his kin. In humanoid guise, he is prone to favor loose silks, more decoration than true clothing, modesty is not something Hallow has ever had to think about.
His tones tend towards blues and golds, highlights of pale grays and silver, starry twinkles.
Accessories
all manner of jewelry and little else, earrings, necklaces, bells about wrists and ankles, he is used to the dress of fae, who can sometimes be vain and who enjoy dressing their caretaker up in pretty little extras when he will allow it.
