Jack is Hank Kruger's son, Hank being one of Gene's sons. Making Jack Gene's grandson. Even though he's only 25% horse, you can still tell by his snout, teeth, ears, and especially his hooves, which are a result of inactive recessive genes held by her dad Hank, who was half horse, but had paws.
