Character Description
They are mainly part of a BNHA universe however their personality and history can span across any universe! They are canonically a dimension hopper.
Dazzle is a fun-loving, optimistic person who greatly enjoys teaching and showing off what he knows. They are incredibly friendly and empathetic, so it's easy for them to make friends and get along with the kids. However, he has a few secrets that could cost him his job and their friends, and will do nearly anything to keep their secrets safe, which can make them sometimes distant, especially to sceptics.

Background/History
Dazzle was hired as a part time teacher for U.A High School, since pro heroes caught wind of his excellent agility as well as his unique quirk. They also have a knack for teaching and mentoring children, and supports them in wanting to become heroes. Thus he keeps his vigilante life a secret only a select few know about.
They're quite popular with the kids, and is pretty good at their job. He tends to pay more attention to the kids who struggle adjusting to their quirks, and helps them come up with ways to work around it. Dazzle, being born in America, is bilingual, and is often helping students with their English homework as a tutor, as well as teaching them English phrases that they probably shouldn’t be teaching them.
By night, Dazzle is a cloaked individual, stopping petty villains his own way. He finds the pro hero laws to be annoying and inconsistent, as well as morally binding, so he stays anonymous, helping people he feels like are deserving of help.
Dazzle does his best to keep his “political” views apart from their other job, though sometimes it can slip through the cracks when he’s forced to work with other pro heroes, who he disagrees with most of the time. If there’s a class collab he often accidentally contradicts them on certain things, making a few relationships strained. They do however enjoy a few pros’ company (Present Mic and Eraserhead for example), but he despises others (Like All Might).
Even if they don't like most pro heroes, he does support the students’ desires, and is willing to help them, since he knows deep down they only want to do the right thing. He knows he’s not in position to come in between anyone else’s morals, as long as they don’t cross with their own.

World/Setting
Currently has a main residence in the BNHA Tokyo, however they can live in any universe you can imagine! If there's hot guys there, they've been there.
Body
Skinny and lean, but average height. Wide hips and thick thighs. Is flat chested, with optional top surgery scars and blue nipples
Clothing
Wears no clothing most of the time, however if clothing is required in a certain universe they'll wear shorts and a crop top with a fun design.

Bow and arrows, phone and headphones (in ears and over ears), tasers, drawing tablet
